Since 20/5/2022, Vietnam Airlines has issued J-class business tickets instead of EMD upgrade document (Electronic Miscellaneous Document upgrade is an electronic non-flight document that is issued attached to the original ticket) for upgrade GC. With this new implementation, customers will get J-class tickets with full benefits like people who buy normal J-class business tickets. In addition to this, customers still receive all preferential offers of GC holders. Vietnam Airlines believes that this innovation will bring the best complete experience to customers who own upgrade Gift card.
