The card is generally applicable to passengers who are adults, children and infants.
Air tickets, upgrade services after issued are not allowed to be refunded, transferred or changed itineraries.
Upgrade card is only applied to premium economy classes and flexible economy classes (including booking classes W, U, Z, Y, B, M)
Passenger will go to the check-in counters at the airport to be guided for using priority services ( Free access to business class lounges at domestic terminals, free 01 extra piece of 10kg checked baggage…)
